I had a wonderful Tutin time with Nick Tutin! I had been looking for a car for weeks and I finally found a few that I liked from the Bannister Website. This gentleman was an absolute God-send. He matched my energy, made me feel so welcome, walked me through all the details and processes without me feeling like I am in a stuffy office or being hussled for a sale. He had the patience of a Saint, working around my erratic schedule working 2 jobs. Making sure he had all the paper work ready, making sure I was informed about whats going on, going above and beyond by driving me to my workplace when the shuttle service was not available. He turned over my car to me like any of my brothers would have by making it a mini-celebration. I have had a terrific time with this dealership, 10/10 will recommend.
