I just had my first experience with Abbotsford Hyundai . I left my lights on all night in my G70 so the next day my car wouldn’t start and the tow truck driver couldn’t boost my car he said 100% your starters shot . So they towed it in to the Hyundai dealership and gave me a new suv loaner. The mechanic put the battery on the charger for a few hrs and the car boosted and battery health became 100% again . I’m very grateful for the integrity and treatment from Nav at the service department and the mechanic and Preet the sales lady took my payment and who discussed other vehicle options for my next purchase. I even took the new Sante Fe suv for a test drive . I highly recommend Abbotsford Hyundai dealership!

I bought my 2026 Tucson here and the sales experience was amazing, but their service department recently went completely above and beyond. The day before I had a flight to catch, I ended up with an emergency tire issue. Even though they were busy, they squeezed me in right away and completely saved the day. Everyone from Jacob, Holly, and Pravek, to the front desk crew and the people working on the car, was incredibly polite, helpful, and accommodating. They took a really stressful situation and just took care of it. I am incredibly thankful for this team and how they look out for their customers. If you want a dealership that actually has your back after you buy, this is definitely the place. Thank you all so much! 🎖️

I brought my vehicle in because a warning light had come on. Another mechanic had suggested it might be covered under a special warranty, so he recommended I have Hyundai take a look. When I arrived, the service advisor seemed amused that the mechanic thought it might be covered and told me there was no such warranty. Later, I received a call advising that they had added 2 litres of oil and that this had resolved the issue. My vehicle does consume oil, but it had been filled only three weeks earlier, so needing 2 litres already was surprising. When I came to pick up the vehicle, a different service advisor mentioned that the issue could, in fact, be covered under a special warranty should the engine fail, the same one I had referenced when I dropped the vehicle off. I paid the $248 charge and left. On my drive home, the warning light began flickering again. I called immediately, was directed to voicemail when nobody answered in service, and left a detailed message explaining the situation. Rather than receiving a response to that voicemail, I received a text message today asking me to leave a review. Unfortunately, I don’t have much positive feedback to share. My concern was not resolved, I received conflicting information from different staff members, and my attempt to follow up has gone unanswered.
