We are so incredibly happy with all of the help, hard work and dedication to fit us with the perfect vehicle (2026 Kia Carnival) that would accommodate ourselves and our 3 grandchildren. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. A huge shoutout to Chris, Leif and Riley for all of your hard work. We were pleasantly surprised when Leif installed our granddaughters car seat safely and securely. I got to share my M&M candies with Chris. And last but not least, Riley…well we shared some good laughs in the office when I said “we should just buy a school bus” 🤣 I never expected to enter any dealership and experience so many smiles and laughter. Such a great atmosphere and the staff were beyond AMAZING !!!!! We are jumping with joy every chance we get to drive our new wheels !!!! Thank you again for an outstanding experience !

Sierra, is wonderful! She is so kind, considerate and does her best! I had an amazingly pleasant experience the second time I went back to get my dream vehicle (jeep wrangler), and I was so happy to hear my interest rate percentage was knocked down and the whole team worked hard to make this possible for me. I just purchased a brand new KIA Sportage PHEV on the weekend and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Dylan Selles was my sales advisor and he was an absolute pleasure to work with! When I asked for a link to some pictures or an ad for the vehicle I was interested in, he went above and beyond and went outside to do a full walk-around video for me, and it was FREEZING out! He was also extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle. Some other dealerships I visited were so quick to bad mouth the competition and other vehicles I was considering, it was extremely off putting. Dylan didn’t do this at all! He focused on showing me how great their vehicle was, while respecting the fact that there were others in the running. His positive, enthusiastic approach to what can often be a stressful process, was so appreciated! I can honestly say, it was actually enjoyable! In addition to Dylan, Owen and Riley (managers) were excellent to work with. They were very open to negotiation and to finding a way to make this purchase work for me. In particular, Owen’s outside of the box thinking and recognizing a personal preference of mine went a long way to sealing this deal for me! Lastly, Chris, the financial advisor was great at explaining the financial end of things and made sure this worked for me as well. I highly recommend this sales team at Kia! We went to browse around. McKenna came out right away to greet us, helped us with a few vehicles, Owen took over and was super helpful in finding us what we wanted. Service was great, they don't try to over sell you into anything you don't need. They got us into what we needed , we're super friendly and knowledgeable. Took my "new to me" Kia Soul to Bannister for routine service and inspection. Service was great, and the staff helped me understand some of the features on my car, and gave me helpful advice. Price was very reasonable, there were no unexpected charges, and the extra service of shuttling me to and from the local mall to kill some time while waiting was truly appreciated. I'd definitely go back!
