Brought my car in for engine problem. The service team was thorough, transparent and honest of what needed to be done. Dawson was knowledgeable and fixed the issue right away. I am very grateful for Bannister Nissan! Bannister Hyundai is where I take my vehicle for all my service needs. However, for a particular accidental self-made scratch line that required buffing and/or polishing, Bannister Hyundai was not equipped as a body shop, so Cameron recommended Bannister Nissan. I gave them a call straight away and spoke with Kaitlin and said if I could come by with my vehicle, a better assessment could be made. I took my vehicle over and Kaitlin had a look. Her response was, “If you’re able to wait a bit, we can take care of this right away.” 30 min later, I was on my way home. I am so glad I went to them. I was greeted at Service by very pleasant staff! Kaitlin was so wonderful and I just say “Thank you guys!” You really helped me out today and I was so pleased at the low price! The guys at Bannister Nissan are awesome! The process of buying my first new car was so smooth. The car itself is gorgeous and drives beautifully. Eric was able to work wonders to make my financing more affordable and Brian, James, and Rob were so good! They never pressured me into anything and were transparent with the whole process.

After past experiences with dealerships where numbers, rates, and prices kept changing, I came in feeling cautious and concerned about any “funny business.” Rob immediately put those concerns to rest. He was upfront from the start, confirmed his numbers over text, and—most importantly—he stuck to them. When I ended up running late due to traffic and the distance I was coming from, Rob still showed up after hours, literally coming in wearing shorts and Crocs 😉 just to honor his word. It was my first visit to Nissan Chiliwack and it was a great experience. The friendly Service Advisor, Tyson V., gave us immediate attention the moment we stepped in. I was there for an oil change and have a flat tire fixed. They have a neat waiting lounge with free coffee, and apples too. I was also given free car wash coupons. The travel all the way from Abbotsford was worth it. Keep it up. 👍
