Would never recommend someone to buy a car here. I bought a 2015 Volvo S60 T5 premier and when I got there, there was a laundry list of features that the website said the car had but it in fact it did not One of which being a backup camera And when I brought that up to them because it was a semi important feature for me, they just told me that I could pay them to equip one, but that was all they could do and when I was bringing up the small issues, I was seeing with the car at the time and the features. It didn’t have the owner interjected and told me that maybe I should just buy a New car next time since I’m gonna be so nitpicky The buying experience itself was mediocre, in a charged almost $400 in bogus fees That I did not see until after purchasing the car But most importantly they sold me a car Without having the title in their name and never told me that that was the case and then told me I’d have my title in the next few weeks over a month later after repetitive calls I was told that it was on the way but something didn’t seem right and I called back and spoke to someone else and they said that they hadn’t had the title signed over yet from the previous owner, which is a crime on top Of illegally selling me a car But they did not technically own after almost 60 days. I was informed that they were going to drive to the previous owner’s house and ask him to sign which they did and I finally received my title but in this 60 days I encountered problems within just a week of having the car I called the dealership and brought it to their attention And they said that they would take care of it. They had my car for 2 1/2 days and I received the car back still having the exact same problems. The problem I had was with filling the car with fuel and just so That I couldn’t check their work they filled the tank meaning that they knew that the problem still was not fixed when they gave me the car back so a few days later, I went to fill up to see and still have the exact same problem. At this point, the vehicle is having so many problems that I am trying to just get rid of it and find something that is actually reliable. Another very important sidenote is when I came to pick up my car after They pretended to fix it. The owner asked me to give them a five star review and when I said that I would he said “well go ahead and do it right now” And he was getting some paperwork and I started to fill it out and when I told him what I wrote He said here and wanted me to hand Him my phone and I handed it to him and he wrote out a review himself Which makes me wonder how many fake reviews there are and if that’s what you have to do to get a review that is absolutely pathetic. And for anyone wondering this is the review he wrote himself. (Very quick and easy car buying experience, hands down this is a great place to get a pre-owned car I got a Volvo and my salesman was a dog!!)

Buying my car from Banter Auto was chill from start to finish. No stress, no pushy sales stuff just cool people who got me into a ride I’m stoked about. 100% recommend.

Austin was a very helpful, honest, and professional salesman and I am very thankful he assisted as much as he did to get me into this car. Sure there's some scuffs and minor issues, nothing that can be touched up. As far as mechanical issues oil was filled a little too full, and the vehicle needs balances and some new brakes but again nothing that can't easily be fixed. I ran into some issues meeting the full down payment due to an emergency home repair and he took care of us. I plan on having my mechanic give the car a full rundown and go from there, as far as I'm concerned I am responsible for the car now so I will handle any problems. (Update) so here's the beauty the awesome guys at banter automotive helped get, so it turns out the car is in excellent condition I've just needed to upgrade and replace some suspension components but all is well 😁

Had a great experience at Banter Auto. Everyone was super easy to work with and made the whole process simple. Got a solid car and felt taken care of the whole way through. Would definitely recommend these guys!
