Matt Trosclair and Mike, the Sales Manager, made me feel welcome and important from the first interaction. Matt helped me “build” my Yukon and order it, and kept me informed during the build process. Everyone at the dealership was courteous and friendly whenever I stopped by the dealership.
We were greeted when we came in for an oil change. We waited for the service. The lobby was nice and cool with plenty of spaces to sit. The lobby had complementary water. There was also a television. It didn't take very long and we were on our way.
My experience was absolutely amazing! I had the best seller (MJ) and he made the process so easy. Everyone was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. Everyone communicated effectively and really helped me get my dream vehicle. MJ called and had an open line of communication. He was kind and very patient. Shane was also very kind and helpful. Overall, I had the best experience! I would highly recommend to a friend, colleague, or family member.
I have had my car since April of 2024. All of my service jobs have been done at this location except the first oil change. On yesterday I was contacted after my service appointment was complete. I was told that I could no longer get my car serviced their bc it was purchased from Bill Smith. No explanation and no details. I find that very unprofessional and it's a big inconvenience being that I don't even stay a mile from this location. The only reason I purchased my vehicle from Cullman was because this location had none in stock and they were on back order. But I won't EVER patronize this location or refer it to any of my family or friends after what happened on yesterday. And I was actually interested in upgrading to the newer model but I won't be bringing anymore of my business to this location!
Tyler did a great job with this deal. Addressed concern I had and came up with a great solution. Got me in and out in a little over 2 hours. I would definitely consider driving from Tennessee next time I am in market for a vehicle
