Barkley Cadillac

My experience was fantastic. Customer service was excellent. Glad I decided to experience Barkley Cadillac for myself instead of going on the dissatisfaction of others. Was informed that they don't service vehicles not purchased there, however, that wasn't factual. Thanks Barkley for the service!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the Cadillac dealership in Tuscaloosa. When I purchased my vehicle—an extremely expensive purchase—I was promised a special light feature for the doors as part of the deal. After the sale was completed, the owner, Bill, refused to honor that agreement and instructed the staff not to order the lights. Considering the cost of the vehicle, the lights were a very small and insignificant request compared to the overall purchase. It is frustrating and disappointing that something promised during the sales process was not honored afterward. Buyer beware: if you choose to do business here, make sure every detail of the deal is clearly documented in writing before you sign. Unfortunately, my experience showed that verbal commitments may not be honored. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

I recently stopped in to drive a 2025 Cadillac CT5. MJ was the salesman who helped me. I was so impressed by how knowledgeable he was about this car. He was kind, answered all my questions, and was very professional! Go see MJ!

Wonderfully friendly and efficient experience. Ran over a nail on the outer part of the tread. Was able to get my Escalade to the Service Department when they opened at 7:30am. Being from out of town, I did not know anyone at the shop. The line of cars coming in was long at the open which told me Barkley must be reputable. I walked into the service desk and despite being swamped with customers, I was greeted by Parker. I told him the situation, that I was moving in my daughter to Bama and the nail in my tire was putting a delay in the process. Parker was so pleasant even though he was very busy. He walked outside, took a look and started on the process. Immediately started with a back up plan if they did not have my tire in stock. Since my car only had 6k miles on it brand new, I definitely wanted the same tire. He proposed using my spare and dropping in another tire for the spare if we had to do it. Luckily, Parker found my tire and got me on my way within an hour. Having run a business and been in client service for 13 states down to the Gulf Coast, I pick up on what wins business. Parker is the exact reason I did not go to a non-dealer for the quick fix and employees like him win business. If I have the time to service my vehicle when I am in town, I will go out of my way to have it done down here. -Andrew 8-5-2025

Bought many cars in my life. Most have been Chevrolet that I have been satisfied with the dealer and their service. Switched to a Cadillac CT6 about a year ago and love it. I have been using Barkley for my service and I have to say I am so IMPRESSED! Exactly why I switched to Cadillac. You guys go above and beyond! I am impressed and SUPER pleased! Thank you so much for treating your customers with top of the line service and professionalism for their top of the line vehicles. JOB WELL DONE!
