This was a very disappointing experience. I was working on a deal with a salesperson named David, who collected all of my information but did a poor job following up. I had to call multiple times just to get updates. Eventually, I was told they would not do business with me because I did not want to come into the dealership to complete the purchase. This was confusing and frustrating, as I clearly explained from the beginning how I intended to proceed with the transaction. What made the situation even more concerning was that the terms seemed to change after they saw my identification. It’s difficult not to question whether race played a role in how this was handled. As someone who currently has two auto loans with GM and has been a loyal Chevy customer, I expected a higher level of professionalism, consistency, and transparency. Unfortunately, this experience left me deeply disappointed

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The staff are extremely rude, unhelpful, and lack basic professionalism. My Tahoe is only 60 miles over the warranty and now has a transmission issue that makes it completely undriveable. I would have brought it in sooner when the problem first started, but this dealership does not offer courtesy vehicles—which makes things incredibly difficult when you rely on your car to get to work. I was told the part needed is backordered with no estimated arrival time. This could take months. In the meantime, I’ve already spent over $2,500 on rental cars while still making payments on a vehicle I can’t even drive. I’ve also been told I’m on a “list” for a courtesy vehicle, but no one can give me any idea of when that might happen. After speaking with other dealerships, I’ve learned this is not normal and completely unacceptable. Very disappointed in how this situation has been handled. I will not be returning and would not recommend this dealership to others.

Had a situation arise due to my own negligence, failure to replace the battery before it finally gave its last electron and i was 130 miles from home. Allison in the service department scheduled me in for a quick battery swap and had her tech evaluate the engine and drivetrain codes the control modules threw due to low battery voltage. Turned out all that was needed was a battery and its great to see they were honest and prompt. In and out, I can say this was by far one of my more pleasant dealer service visits ever. Thanks guys again for helping me out.
