I had a fantastic car buying experience today. I applied for financing online for an upgrade a really wanted. Emmanuel held the door open for me and greeted me at the door. He is very pleasant and low pressure and would recommend anyone working with him. I was pretty direct with him around my understanding of the numbers and he understood my reasoning. I also worked with Trevor and he was a pleasure to chat with as well and helpful in explaining the some issues with the online calculator. I also worked with Joe the finance manager and he was a cool guy and had a nice chat with Milissa Nord too while I was there. My only feedback is that I was drawn in by the online lease calculator so make sure that thing is running as close to accurate as possible to eliminate surprises for people. I know I was an exception to the rule not having a trade in and rather a lease end but the online calculator should factor that in when you decline to add a trade. However all around still giving 5 stars for these awesome people and the relaxed and fun vibe of the dealership. As a sales professional myself this is actually an environment I believe I would enjoy working in and that says a lot and sorry for keeping everyone a little late but you all still had smiles on your face. I have purchased many cars over the years and this was by far the smoothest. Michael was amazing and fully understood what I was looking for. There was not a ton of back and forth when it came time to purchase and value my trade. I would highly recommend both Michael and Barnett when it comes to purchasing a vehicle.

Emmanuel was AWESOME. He was patient, kind - not pushy. When the bank initially turned down my application, he kindly offered other options, didn't push them. I was determined to get the vehicle I had chosen though. It was a long process and he even came in on his day off to seal the deal! Eugene was also wonderful helping to get all the tiny details the bank was asking for. The entire staff were friendly and assisted in one way or another with my purchase. I will be back in a few years for another vehicle. Oh, and Jeremy from the service dept (I think) was also great! He took my initial call to see if the vehicle i wanted was still in stock and then gifted me a Jeep coffee mug I had been eyeing. Above and beyond service along with friendly, down-to-earth staff all around.

Michael and Leon were both great! I came in to “look around” and left very happy with a brand new Jeep! Great service, patience and attention by both gentlemen.

The sales department quick and friendly. We had a good time shopping for a car a got one we needed. Nick Diaz the sales person who worked with us( my husband and I) very nice and knowledgeable about the model of Jeep we choose. He handled all quick and professional. We also have a very pleasant experience signing paperwork with Lean -financial person. Everything was ready when we arrived to pick preordered car. Leon explained to us all needed to know details and answered all of our questions. Then Nick guide as through the quick hands on tutorial in the new car. Very good buying experience. We definitely will recommend Barnett Jeep to others and will come there again if we'll decide to trade in in few years. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
