I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish. I went to Barrhaven Chrysler to test drive a 2016 Honda CR-V on June 28. We liked the vehicle and were ready to do business. However, when we wanted to move forward, the salesperson told us they couldn’t help because we supposedly had to deal exclusively with Jeff, the finance manager, since we had already been in contact with him. This was confusing because all we had done beforehand was ask to see the vehicle the next day and submit a credit application. I would have expected any negotiations or discussions to happen in person with whoever was available at the dealership. Unfortunately, Jeff wasn’t there when we arrived, so we were sent home with no progress made. Aside from asking a few questions for the credit application over text, there was very little communication afterward. We were left completely in the dark with no updates, no follow-up, and no indication of what was happening. Eventually, I found out on my own that the vehicle had already been sold. Driving all the way to the dealership only to leave empty-handed because no one was willing to help was incredibly frustrating. Better communication and teamwork between staff would have made a huge difference. If a customer is serious about purchasing a vehicle, they shouldn’t be left waiting for one specific person while everyone else refuses to assist. Overall, this experience left a very poor impression, and unfortunately I can’t recommend Barrhaven Chrysler based on how this was handled.

DONT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE EVER. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. The worst service dealership with lack of experience and customer service Recently I went in to get wheel alignment done as my jeep wrangler was pulling right. I had all new four tires from Bridgestone wheel balanced and then brought here. I went in and got the service done and when I drove the vehicle it started to pull LEFT after the alignment. I asked the service rep and the service manager to drive the vehicle and see themselves and they said its normal for a jeep to pull EVEN ON MORMAL ROAD CONDITIONS and I told them I have been driving jeep since 3 years, its not normal. But they without even double checking or consulting with their mechanics, said its normal, i could clearly see its pulling even when they were driving next to me. See the video yourself, I always have to tilt the steering wheel to right.. LACK OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL, NO PROFESSIONALISM, NO ADEQUATE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT VEHICLES! Its better to go to other nearby dealerships than here!!!!!
