Great experience at Barrhaven! Ali was communicative, organized, and made the process simple and stress-free. Alex in finance was clear, efficient, and easy to work with. They also have a great selection of new and used vehicles. Highly recommend this team for a smooth, professional experience. The vehicle was clean, fuelled up and ready on time.

My husband and I were looking to purchase a minivan and with the limited choices out there with our budget, we were able to find an older but premium model at Barrhaven Chrysler. We worked initially with Faith who was kind, patient and did her best to negotiate the price down for us. We worked with Alex for financing and he was wonderful to work with as well. We did encounter some issues with the vehicle right after completing the final sale, but it is an older vehicle and I have to say that the team did their very best to address my concerns genuinely, especially Faith who stayed in constant contact with me while trying to figure out the issues. I have a special kudos to give out to the Service Manager Shane who spent a lot of time listening to my concerns and what diagnostics I was hoping they would look at. He took the time to answer my questions, and we were able to have a great dialogue about what was possible and what was not. He handled the situation himself with the most professionalism and honesty that I have seen in a while from a dealership, and I left with my car in much better shape. I think even if things go sideways sometimes with purchasing a vehicle, this dealership is the place to go because they will handle the situation with care and concern. I highly recommend them!

Had the opportunity of meeting with Faith and Alex at our trip to this dealership. Highly recommend this dealership as they were very informative and not pushy, which I appreciated. Faith was very kind, friendly and answered any of our questions we had. Very friendly experience altogether and left feeling very good. I came for a battery installation and check engine light diagnosis. My car was ready very quickly, really great service, all questions answered, very friendly and I did not have to wait around the shop as they send you home and pick you up in a Lyft. I will definitely be back!

Tried to buy a used car from here, working with the salesperson, Josh. Spent 2 different sessions here discussing exactly what the price I would pay would be, and me, Josh, and the Finance Manager Alex, were all on the same page about the price. After I paid the deposit and left, Alex emailed me with final details about financing and how much I should bring in for my down payment. Except it ended up being around $1000 more than we agreed upon. When I called, they said it was due to a dealership fee of $899+tax that they charge on all their cars. However, this was never mentioned to me during any discussion, even though I was specifically requesting the “out the door” price. I’m extremely unimpressed with their lack of communication on this and I would advise against working with these people in the future.
