First off just wanted to say how amazing everyone at Barrie Chrysler is, they are absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable and hold a higher standard when it comes to Customer Service. As their core values they have visible the moment you enter, they hit every part and some! They go above and beyond in ensuring you are being helped and have your best interests in mind! Secondly, I want to mention Mitch Armstrong, he has been nothing but the best in helping me get the car of my dreams! I am now the proud owner of a 2019 Dodge Charger SXT and I can't thank Mitch enough for helping me get this vehicle! He has gone above and beyond and if it was possible to go higher than that, he has found a way! Honestly, his customer service is miles above anyone I have dealt with at other car dealerships. I will be working with Barrie Chrysler for any future purchases, repairs, merch., you name it! Mitch deserves to have multiple raises for all the hard work he has done for me and making sure I get the best deal possible. He even went out of his way to give me a gift when coming in to pick up my new car, even filled it up with the primo gas too! Honestly, his integrity and commitment to character is very, very note worthy! If you are in need of a new vehicle I would personally recommend you give Barrie Chrysler a visit and ask for Mitch, tell him Will Tracey, sent you and you will be looked after as if you were family! Lastly I can't forget to mention Angie Gagliardi, as she was the finance agent I worked with in getting the best deal on my car payments. Honestly, she is a super star like Mitch is! She made sure I was getting the best possible deal and explained everything so there were no confusions on anything and helped clear up any confusions if there were any (There wasn't), she is an amazing person with a great eye for detail. When it came down to brass tax she made sure everything was filled out correctly and even caught a typo in the final sales which could have been easily over looked if she didn't hold integrity to a higher standard. If you are in the market and end up going to Barrie Chrysler ask for Angie to be your Finance agent, tell her Will Tracey, sent you and you will be taken care of. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! They should have all the stars in the galaxy for all the hard work they do over at Barrie Chrysler! I am still blown away on the customer service and even more so with having the car of my dreams! I live almost 1,300 km north of Barrie, in Thunder Bay, I took a chance and searched for Durangos online and by price alone Barrie Chrysler was in the top 5 dealers for my search in Ontario. The vehicle I wanted, a 2026 Durango GT Plus with full leather, blacktop package along with Harmon Kardon stereo was offered at a great price so I indicated my interest knowing full well I would be contacted by someone from this dealership. It was a fantastic decision since after talking with Nadir in sales which lead to a conversation with Anthony I was well on my way to making a deal for my dream vehicle. I even contacted my local dealership to offer the chance to come close to what Angelo was offering....it was a foregone conclusion, Barrie Chrysler could not be beat for price, service and customer satisfaction! Dealing with Nadir made this 1,300 km. journey well worth the ride for a very fair trade in on my 3 year old Durango for my dream retirement vehicle. Meeting Nadir in person was what I expected, a very personalable, compassionate sales person who has your own best interests at heart. So was it worth it for a 13 hour drive, one day drive down to Barrie and then a two day "fantastic ride in a new Durango" back to Thunder Bay, most definitely! Had a great experience buying a truck here. Can honestly say that in the two months I spent looking at different ones and visiting different dealerships this was the only one I actually enjoyed the experience at.
