Barrie Mitsubishi

I was here for rear alert that keeps coming up on starting car and won't go away for long time or unless I hit dismiss. I was hoping this was sensor glitch of or wasn't sure if its normal. Service receptionist advised i will be charged 148 for diagnostics. 2 hrs later technician came back only to tell me this is normal in mitsubishi cars. For me this whole experience has been pretty amateur. First this is first Dealership I was surprised there was no service advisor. If it was service advisor with auto knowledge they would have relayed the information correctly and what should have been quick answer turned into lengthy diagnostics. This is no different than bringing dead patient to hospital only for doctor to tell again after running diagnostics tests to state yeah patient is dead. Really...??? Bring first time you'll this Dealership it's very poor communication and result.
