Great work at a great price and a great time frame these guys really did a great job for me.

My partner and I were eager to look at a truck they recently had in stock. Upon arrival we were in a good optimistic mood. When we arrived we sure were not greeted with that small town friendly Iowa atmosphere. Instead it was very cold, rude and unpleasant, along with unprofessional. He informed us that he sold the truck, before the cold came in. Which is fine because that is what a business does. However, the man was just cold and rude he wasn’t even trying to offer us other trucks for sale. My partner tried her best and told him we are from the next town over and who we knew, just to try and ease the air. Well that didn’t work, while that was going on I went on their website to see about other trucks they may have in their inventory. My partner came across a truck that caught her interest. He did let us have a look at it as to which we did. When we came back into his office my partner asked questions about finances, cost, and what other steps we need to take. We did inform him that this would be a company truck for our family business. Well he seemed to fumble over the questions and went directly into asking “Well how much do you have for a down payment?” While I was sitting uncomfortably in his office I wanted to let him know we are business people also. And sorry that we don’t look like we come from money. But in our defense we were dressed up for a job that is not pretty and we also ran errands in between. Now this man wasn’t dressed in no suit or tie either. So don’t go judging people based on looks. Now, I understand that being it’s small town Iowa this family has been in business for decades. And people will talk highly and stand by this family. Well in my case and experience I would have to say learn to conduct business a little better. And since this is a highly Catholic town let’s not forget that your wealth and business will not get in through the pearly gates of Heaven. And in the eyes of the lord we are all the same. Now from here on out when someone asks us about this company, I’m going to have to give them my honest opinion that you just might as well check with other places, and don’t waste your time or hard earned money their.. because your going to be disappointed with that not so friendly small town Iowan feeling! If he would have been a better salesman he could have gotten a lot of good business from us. But that is their loss at the end of the day. May God continue to bless their hearts!

Phenomenal experience. We made the trek up from Lincoln largely because of Brian's transparency in sharing extra pictures beforehand. His helpfulness certainly did not end there! He let me look at the truck more thoroughly in the shop between test drives, and the purchasing process was straightforward and painless. I highly recommend.
