Bought a 2015 Sienna from Fitzgerald Motors. Best used car purchase experience. Its rare that past reviews actually turn out to be true but in this case, the reviews reflect the quality of the service. firstly, they have a great inventory. If you are looking for a cheap winter beater under 10 grand, this is likely not your spot. That being said, if you are looking for a reliable used vehicle, their inventory appears to be hand picked for that. Prices are already reasonable and honestly, you get what you pay for. Zero pressure in sales. They let me spend 2 hours on the lot checking out the vehicle inside out. If i had a question, they would come out and answer and then leave me with it again. Had no concerns taking it for a pre purchase inspection, which i waived because the car looked in great shape. After the purchase, I took the car to my mechanic who was very impressed with the work they had done for safety. Very reassuring to hear from your own mechanic that you picked a good car/dealer. In terms of customer service, the best thing i can say is that they genuinely seem to care that you have a good experience and that you are looked after. After I took the vehicle, there were some minor issues that I called them about. My past experience has been that dealers avoid your calls, make up excuses etc. Not with Fitzgerald. They took the time to discuss on the phone. And this is where I felt they went above and beyond, they kept calling me over the next week to see how the vehicle was doing and when we can schedule for them to take a look and address the concerns. In their own words, "we just want to make sure that your concerns are addressed". This location is 2 hours drive from me, but it was worth it and frankly, I'll probably go there first for my next vehicle. It truly was a completely different experience to what i am used to when shopping for a used vehicle.
