I am honestly overjoyed! I have wanted a Jeep Wrangler for the longest time and finally am able to say I own one now. Tim was so amazing to work with, he answered ALL my questions and then some. He even gave me a duck from his own Jeep to welcome me to the Wrangler family. James was so helpful in answering my finance questions. With both of their help I was able to get as close as possible to the monthly payment I wanted(with the credit and down-payment, and trade in I had to work with) on the vehicle of my dreams. And just in time for my birthday which is Friday. They however told me that the "wobble and pull to the right" was "just a jeep thing" and that the engine light was "simply an O2 sensor" neither of those were correct. I asked to get a copy of their inspection report and was told by the rep that he couldn't get one. I took it to a mechanic and paid almost $300 to fix the "just a jeep thing" that turned out to be a broken and bone dry left brake line. And the "O2 sensor" turned out to be a 2nd cyliner misfire, which will cost quite a bit to fix....all before even getting plates on it.....and while James and Tim were both amazing(and this review is not a reflection of them or their service) and did their job exceptionally well, my advice is to get a mechanic to do an full inspection, regardless of any dash lights or not.

I had a great experience working with Alex at Stewart Automotive. I was purchasing a vehicle from out of state — flying in and driving it back to Pennsylvania — so transparency and professionalism were extremely important to me. Alex was responsive, straightforward, and easy to work with from the start. I asked detailed questions and requested an independent inspection before making any offer, and he had no issue accommodating that. That alone showed confidence in the vehicle and integrity in the process. When I arrived, the car was exactly as described. No surprises. The paperwork was ready, the transaction was smooth, and everything felt organized and professional. Buying a vehicle from out of state can be stressful, but Alex made it simple. I bought a 2013 Silverado 3500HD from Stewart 3 weeks ago. The truck had a few issues that needed to be taken care of after purchase but nothing that couldn’t be hashed out. Stewart Auto took accountability and fixed the issues promptly. This dealer/car lot is a low pressure environment and honestly the cars sell themselves with that. They’re beautiful vehicles…. mostly trucks, and under $30,000. Buying a vehicle can be a crap shoot sometimes but going there to buy this truck, especially after having it made right definitely would have coming back. Joe as a GM has years of experience doing what he does and will put the customer first, especially if there is an issue. Do expect a little back and forth though as this is still a car lot, otherwise my issues were resolved and I was treated well! They do a very good job with the small sales team they have and I hope they are able to reach their sales goal at the new alliance location.

I lost faith in car dealerships. Because it was always shady business practices. Or misleading information etc. but I was honestly surprised from the moment I approached Alex. He was extremely helpful I looked at a couple of trucks he let me know that they was not available yet. But he would contact me as soon as they was . And he kept his word and contacted me . That the truck I was looking at was available. I told him I was not sure if I would be able to get financing he reassured me that they work with all kinds of credit. I filled out credit app and literally within 5 minutes Alex called me and said congratulations come get your keys. I could not believe it. I was in shock. That was on Saturday morning and today Monday morning I went in test drove my truck and it was everything I always wanted. Finished up with Jeff in finance he was straight forward very knowledgeable and not only do I have my dream truck. It also is fully covered. I am literally am still in disbelief because the entire process was so stress free.. so to Alex and Jeff thank you. It’s one thing to have a dealership but to actually do right buy your customers and keep your word. Is something totally different. So again thank you both.

Nico was very responsive and knowledgeable. He was able to help me find a truck that best fit my needs. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and honest. I would recommend Stewart Auto Group to anyone looking for a used vehicle.
