I popped in to get help with a Wi-Fi issue on my 2023 X6. I knew it was my issue but I was at a loss. What took me forever took Owen about 25 seconds! They don’t call him a BMW Genius for nothing.! Once again, great service and treated with respect.

They were helpful and upfront about cost. Car was repaired in one day, and they provided a car to work and back. Friendly staff.

I’m am so happy with the body repair work on my 2018 Honda CRV completed by the technicians at Basney Collision. Matt was very helpful and attentive to my concerns and helped me work with my auto insurance company to get the work completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this collision repair service to anyone who wants quality repair services for their car.

Not really a fair assessment because the owner of the vehicle just dropped it off. However he said the work was satisfactory. He has one of those electric BMW s. Pretty cool to drive, cause most of my cars are 60s mopars. I'll keep the mopars.
