Basswood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Jeep

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but I feel like people should know about my experience with Basewood Auto Shop. I originally went there to try and get approved for a car on my own, but I was denied. They then asked if I had a cosigner, so my mother-in-law agreed to cosign for me. We were told that she would only be the primary on the loan and that I would still be included on everything as well. After we bought the car and left the dealership, I realized they never sent me the title application paperwork. Three days later, we called back asking about it, only to find out that I was not on the loan at all — the loan was completely in my mother-in-law’s name. This was never explained to us honestly, and I feel like we were completely misled about the whole situation. What makes it even worse is that while I was there waiting for the car to be cleaned and filled with gas, they had me write my original review before I even fully knew what was going on with the paperwork. The person I originally spoke with on Facebook acted like he was handling everything, but when I got there, one of his associates (I believe his name was Landon) actually helped me pick out the car and handled the paperwork. Meanwhile, the other guy still made the final decisions and was the one telling us all the information about the loan — information that turned out to not be true. Overall, I feel lied to and taken advantage of during this process. I would strongly recommend that anyone dealing with this dealership carefully read every document and make sure your name is actually included on the loan before signing anything. We all know how stressful car shopping can be. I went to "several" local car dealerships. Leaving unsatisfied and disappointed. Prices was way out of my price range with little hope of finding my car. My husband told me to go see Kiana Wise at Basswood. She would help me get into a reliable car that doesn't need to be worked on or me being ripped off. I went down there with the expatiation of getting denied for I have bad credit ..... Not with KIANA!! She is wonderful. Found me a nice car within my price range. The car she picked out was super nice!! She is AMAZING!!!! Y'all if your in need for a good reliable car y'all need to go see Kiana Wise at Basswood!! She will make sure all your dreams come true!! Thank you Kiana for everything you did for me.The way you surprise me when finding me my ride was memorable!! Can not thank you enough!!

There are no words that could adequately describe how wonderful, caring and amazing Kiana was to us!! She treated us with the utmost respect and helped us in more ways that she will ever know! We drove almost 2 hours to the dealership and she met us with open arms and a big smile. The GM and finance managers were angels and we will definitely never buy a car from anyone else but them! Go see Kiana…you won’t regret it!!!!!

They are great especially Kiana she will jump through every hoop to make sure she's gets you into the vehicle you want. Car buying is always stressful and the whole staff works wonders to make it as painless as possible we will be forever customers .. Thank you again Kiana 💓

My fiancé and I came here yesterday. While I was not looking forward to driving an hour away for a car, I needed one! When I got to the dealership, we were met by Noah. Noah was great and very social! I narrowed down the cars I wanted and somehow ended up getting approved for the exact car I wanted. They made sure that my payment was below what I requested, and they included gap insurance on my car payment! Incredibly thankful for this dealership and for Noah! I would like to note that my financial situation isn’t the best as I’m in active bankruptcy chapter 7, and they were still able to get me into something, with no down payment!
