I bought this 2022 Jeep Gladiator Willys Eco Diesel with 10 miles on it (13 after the test drive) a few years back. I put less than 160 miles on it and got a check engine light. Took it in to be fixed, obviously I wasn't happy. But at the beginning they were nice. They gave me a Cherokee to drive and while it was nice I bought the Jeep so I could take the top and doors off so that didn't make me any happier..Service department couldn't figure out the problem. They cleared the code drive it a while and everything seemed fine. I got it back happy to be able to finally take a cruise in my brand new Jeep and sure enough less than 10 miles in ANOTHER check engine light. I take it back in this time they gave me a Wrangler so that was better but still my brand new Jeep with less than 200 miles on it in the shop for the second time in the less than a month since I'd had it. I expressed concern to the salesman who was indifferent. The sales manager proceeded to tell me that he realized I had a SMALL down payment on the vehicle (8K Cash)..I dont know where he's from but $8,000 is alot of money for me..and that I need to shut up and let them fix it. Long story short They had to call the engineers at Stellantis and have them tell the service shop to drain the fuel and fill it with new fuelthen run it dry and fill it again the drive it for a 150 miles..They had it so long we had to write letters, emails, make phome calls to the owner asking for a guarantee this would not happen again. Which he gave us. Then proceeded to drive my brand new Jeep home and use it as his daily transportation..eventually I got it back..and someone else had driven it more than I had..Inwould go somewhere else if you want a Mopar..

I had my 2015 Chevy Silverado taken a looked at there cause it was acting up and they found that the spark plugs were worn out so they got it replaced with new ones. And what should of been a not expensive and easy fix the labor they charged me was 3x more than what the parts actually cost they ripped me off big time the labor cost was outrageous and never should of been that much.

DON'T TRUST THIS DEALER SERVICE DEPARTMENT! First, the dealership refused to honor my factory oil change warranty. Then, agreed to cover the oil change only if I agreed to additional service requiring parts that were marked up at 300% above retail.

I have had ongoing issues with Batesville Chrysler with my 2009 Dodge Journey that had a "lifetime" warranty on the drivetrain. I had this car in for service within 3 months of a mandatory drivetrain inspection in 2024 which was not done then and the dealer did not alert me of. Subsequently, I had the car in for service again recently and was told the "power transfer unit" was going out and the part alone cost $3200 not including labor and oh, by the way, the lifetime drivetrain warranty is no longer valid because I missed the "inspection window" by three months back in 2024. Seems to me, a local dealership would maybe let me know that inspection was due so it wouldn't lapse. Since they didn't, I traded the car off for something other than a Stallantis product. I guess you just have to READ THE FINE PRINT so you're don't make same mistake I made. I got burned, hope you don't.

My review is for the service department, they are professional, friendly, they have fair pricing and most importantly they are honest! Definitely recommend!
