The worst customer service. They are unprofessional and gave us a crappy car that broke down the next day and proceeded to lie and say that the vehicle passed the inspection. We practically had to keep bugging them to give us our money back and we still haven’t gotten it back. I don’t know why these people are still in business and for your sake do not waste your time and go to them!!! Whatever you do do not go to a gentleman names David all he does is yell and blame and I think he’s a scammer and just wants a sale doesn’t care what he puts you in as long as he gets money out of it

Worst customer service. Being yelled at by a grown man was awful. The owner in Batesville is worse than his employees and that's saying something. No one should ever do business w any of these ppl! If I could give zero stars I would!!!!

I wouldn’t recommend them. They will NEVER call you back about anything even though they tell you to send in the info and pics etc if you are wanted to trade or what ever. It’s been 1 month and still have not received anything back from them.

I wouldn't buy another car from here if they paid me to I bought one from them try to get them to do the sales tax in with it and the finance company that they went through so they can do that but they refuse to do it because they claim that they only make $18 off of a $40,000 0 sale now if you only making $18 on selling vehicles you don't need to be in the car lot business so my opinion is other than them being fairly decent and nice people and then car business when the finance company I tell you yeah go ahead and finance the sales tax in with it just redo that application and they refuse to do it

Sold a lemon and nobody would communicate with me. Now I’m stuck with $23000 on my credit
