This is a very reputable dealership. They have top not h salesmen and really know their stuff. They have been in business for 70 years. That says something!!!

Staff nice enough I suppose….. detail department leaves little to be desired. Until I questioned if they were going to detail it there would have been spilled something in cup holder and dog hair inside along with what they didn’t cleanup. I guess spending $30,000+ doesn’t include even a half a@@ detail job.
Mike Schlosser did an incredible job helping me out and getting me in the exact car I was looking for! I called him out of the blue on a Thursday and asked for a specific vehicle and he got it for me the next day and made the whole process simple and streamlined and made me happy to be his customer! Just basically swapped my 2016 VW Beetle for a 2016 Dodge Journey with equal mileage. I only payed the taxes and associated fees. Both vehicles in excellent condition. Rick and the rest of the sales staff were professional and friendly. This is my second vehicle purchased from Baumann , and it definitely won't be my last. Thank you all.
