Huge Shoutouts to: Phoenix, Archie and Ethan. Due to some life circumstances I needed to trade in my car. I decided to aim for the stars and get my dream car. I was in Ontario for Christmas vacation throughout the process. Phoenix reached out to inquire about my current car, and provided me details, photos, videos, and constant communication. He found a car perfect for me without even knowing me! Ethan kept in contact to get me a great deal on my current car, and help me through the process while I wasn’t able to physically be in Edmonton. Archie was fantastic throughout the whole process. Just purchased a 2021 Mercedes A35 AMG and could not have been happier with the service here. From the sales rep who I dealt with from the get go, Oliwier, to the awesome finance guy Sandy, to the sales manager Mitchell - everyone was incredibly easy to deal with and had none of the typical inauthentic ‘sales guy’ vibe. I got a good deal, everything was explained in detail, the supported and dropped off/picked up the vehicle from my second party mechanic inspection, and overall it was just an easy, no bull, fun experience to buy a used vehicle from this team. Highly recommend.
