Service department does not follow through. I took my car in December 2024, for an issue. A replacement part was supposed to be order and I should have been contacted when part arrived. I have left multiple messages with different people in the service department with various ways to contact me and still have not heard back AT this point I would even accept a carrier pigeon as a way to communicate. Very disappointed in lack of response.
Bay Mitsubishi was the best buying experience I and my wife have had in a long time we bought a Mitsubishi outlander SE from Todd mixon and we got the best deal out of four Mitsubishi dealerships at bayMitsubishi. I go to Bay Cars service center for my jeep needs and Honda maintenance. All of the service advisors are super friendly and rock! Melissa and Ashley always got my oil changes down pat. Matt has always been a strict but caring service manager, and Robert and Kenny are always super quick to jump in and help me double check repairs I do to my Jeep. Forever a customer ❤️❤️
No-pressure sales staff is key here. Customer needs definitely come first. All personnel are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Prices are better than I expected.
