Update: I originally left a 5-star review, but after owning the vehicle for just a short time, I feel I need to update it. I drove over 6 hours to purchase this car and traded in a vehicle that was in better condition (mechanically) and I have proof, than the one I received, which makes this experience even more disappointing. The car was sold “as-is,” which I understood—but within the first week, I had to replace the battery terminal, alternator, and fusible link box. Now, only a month later, the brake pads already need replacing. On top of that, the vehicle wasn’t even properly prepared for sale. The Bluetooth was never reset (making it unusable until I dish out more money to have the passcode reset), the interior wasn’t cleaned, and there was no clear indication of when basic maintenance like the last oil change was done. I didn’t expect a perfect car, but I did expect a vehicle that had at least been minimally serviced and checked over before being sold. This experience has been disappointing and has cost me additional time and money almost immediately after purchase. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the experience for future customers, and I would be open to a resolution if the dealership is willing to address these concerns.
