Bayird Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram of Paragould

my husband went and got an oil change here. They put a bad filter on his truck and when he got home all the oil came out and onto our driveway. They "tried" to clean it 2 days later but the stain is still there. When calling again after all day avoiding my husband's call I finally got ahold of them. Was informed by a manager (kyle) that it is not there fault for putting a bad part on. Yet the QC was done before the truck was ever worked on. At less the text saying the truck was ready 30 minutes before it truly was ready. We are not happy about this BIG oil stain in our drive way and it seems no one cares. About to go to corporate with all videos and evidence on this. When they do something wrong they dont like to man up but just say it's not there fault. Fallow up: Yes the tow truck was payed and yes they put a new filter in as they should have. But no they didnt get that big stain out of my driveway. Left the oil there for three days and then sent "kids" out to "clean" it. Yes corporate was reached no help to you guys and yes they will be taking care of it. Half ass job on someone's vehicle is not ok. And laws are put for our (customers) protection.

Great salesman! I knew what kind of vehicle I was looking for, and he helped me find the right one on their lot. No hassle and no trying to upsell me on something I wasn’t looking for. He was incredibly helpful with after-sale assistance getting some accessories ordered and checked back in with me to make sure all the registration paperwork was handled. This dealership is awesome! Tyson is very friendly and easy to work with. I used to hate going to dealerships because it seems like it’s an all day process trying to get into a new vehicle. That is not the case with bayird in Paragould. I was able to get in and out in a new ride very quickly. Couldn’t ask for any better service. Highly recommend.
