Bayside Chrysler Dodge

(Early 2023) As always, Bayside has been treating me well and always lived up to my expectations. Even if they run into hiccups, they understand that if it affects me, that it should be taken into consideration and I should be taken care of. The work I needed done took longer than anticipated and it messed up my plans which Bayside went out of their way to accommodate me with a vehicle of the same level of what I have in order for me to go on with my day until the work was done on my Ram. Thanks again! Update*** Unfortunately, the quality of service and care has gone out the window. I have been going to Bayside for many many years, drove RAM and JEEP products all my life, I'm on my 3rd brand new vehicle (2 out the 3 were purchased there) and have gotten everything I drove serviced there. With my latest truck, I've been given the run around with appointments at the bodyshop where I would loose my truck for days at a time without any work done to it for then being told they can't do it and I'll have to come back. This happened 4 times. As well, I'm on my 3rd front bumper due to the powder coating finish being of a poor quality and peeling or the replacement bumper has diffect from factory(Ram 1500 classic warlock edition) The worst is I'm the one finding those issues. Quality control is non existent. The most recent time (august 2023), they changed only 1 section of the bumper (even if I triple checked that everything had been ordered and was told yes) and replaced it with a damaged piece... They know about the product problem but have yet to do anything or inform RAM Canada. I have made a complaint to the service manager and waiting to see what she and the owner will do about it. Very unfortunate but I will no longer be going there unless obligated for warranty reason. Now I have to deal with another incident where I brought my wife's 2022 KIA sorento for warranty work(sept 2023) at the bodyshop and whoever did the "final wash" thought it would be agood idea to do a wash without rinsing first...now the rims and trim(all painted black) are completely scratched. Something else i have to deal with and loose time off of work for.

I usually wont bother with reviews but i cant say enough with the sale team at Bathurst Chrysler dodge. Their finance specialist Pierre Luc got US into a new jeep Cherokee and worked hard and beyond to reach the finish line to complete the sale.. Professional in every way ,friendly and smart .The salesman Kevin took the time to sit into the car and explained every little detailed was also professional and polite.When your ready for a used or new car,i strongly recommend to check this place ,thanks guys for the fantastic job you all did. cheers

I have been a customer of Bathurst Bayside Dodge since 2021. Their sales, service, parts department and body shop are outstanding. I am a disabled physician and I don’t have the best health so I am very grateful for their excellent service. I really trust them and find they are very honest and upfront about all the costs. Their dealership is very clean and organized. The bathroom is very clean. I never felt pressured to buy from them. So really good place to buy your next car.

Never again!!!!! Brought my mustang for 2 little dings on the back fender and came out worst than it was before!!!! Lot of orange peel in the paint and didn t match the rest of the car! They don t want to take it back and don t want to reimburse either!!! They ganged up on me and argued that it was normal when i know my car from a-z !!!!! Don t waste your time there, bunch of crooks !!!! 1500$ for the job plus 2 days without my car plus time lost on job for that headache!!!!! I ll try to see the manager today but i get a feeling that the customer service will be the same across the board!!!! Might just end up in court……
