Bayside Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Annapolis

Thank you Bayside! We were traveling from Florida to Maryland in 96 degree weather when our Ram's air conditioning shut down. I called Bayside and they scheduled us immediately the day after Memorial Day. Ricardo was our assigned tech advisor. This review is focused on Ricardo's excellent customer service. Our Ram would be in service for the week and we needed transportation from and to the dealership service. Ricardo's communication and professionalism was excellent arranging the courtesy transport, and updates on our truck. Always ending with a polite assurance that everything was on schedule. Our air conditioning is working great! Thank you Bayside service and thanks to Ricardo for a smooth and pleasant experience.

I ordered the new 2026 Charger Scat Pack back in August of last year. The sales representative I worked with, Giovanni, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process. He kept me informed as the process proceeded. When the car was delivered he made the final purchasing process very easy. I will be using this team for any future purchases. Great car. Great service

Purchased my jeep here, and had my first service visit a couple months ago. Kevin was my salesman, great to work with, and Justin was the service rep who assisted me. Justin’s customer service was top notch, as was my experience in the service center. I felt valued as a customer, and was impressed with how quickly and efficiently my jeep was serviced. Took my son to buy a used car which he had researched when he told me they had one in stock. From the time we walked in through the entire transaction, we spent 3 hours total including the negotiating a fair price for both parties and lunch in Annapolis. These guys are on top of their game. A big shout out to "the man", Kevin behind the sales desk, his management staff and Jackie in finance. Well done and I've got a happy young man.

The Bayside Service Department is terrific. While busy (like all dealerships) they are very attentive and are great to work with. They have handled all my service needs and seem to really care about any issues that need to be addressed. Highly recommend.
