An almost painless experience, but they need to work on their communications with clients. I know the folks are busy but that is my only criticism as I am someone who relies on information to make decisions. Thanks again to the sales, finance, and managers. Oh yeah and the tool set lol.

Car went in for service... good inspection found some warranty items that could be fixed at the same time at no charge. Drop off and pick up was smooth. Mechanic made an error which resulted in having to return, but problem was quickly addressed and the front service people were apologetic and quick to get me taken care of. The Baytowne Hyundai location has a good service department and because of that (and Hyundai's superior warranty), I am happy dealing there.

Financing rates are good, business manager and floor manager personable and professional. Busy dealership so if you are planning on buying a car set aside a 2-3 hours, same when picking up.
