This is my 2nd review, and I just came here to say that my salesman, Robert Bushemi once again has gone above and beyond even after selling my fiance and I a 2026 CT5V back in November of 2025. I needed some scheduled maintenance work done, and had some conflicts with setting it up, reached out to Robert to ask his advice, and he set everything up to our convenience with no questions asked. That is absolutely outstanding service and just goes to show that he doesn’t just care about selling a vehicle, it says to me that Robert is in this for the long game with his customers to make sure they stay happy even after buying a car. So if you’re reading this review and trying to decide if BayWay is the dealership you want to deal with, ask for Robert, and you will hands down get a amazing buying experience and someone who will take care of you well after. We love Cadillacs and will always have one, and as long as Robert continues selling them, he will be our guy no matter which dealership he’s at. When I tell you that these two men, Ricardo and Abraham helped me purchase my vehicle. I got zero down on the vehicle 2025 loaded Hyundai Sonata. These two gentlemen definitely helped me out in a term of need after a friend totaled my vehicle. Top notch customer service! I bought my car 3 years ago from Bayway. I get all of the maintenance done at Bayway. They are INCREDIBLE when it comes to service. So thorough and professional. The last visit, my car had to be towed. I was able to make the appointment on the MyCadillac app and the service team responded on a Sunday night! Once done, they delivered her right back to the house. Im thankful that good service still exists.

After shopping for my new car online, I completed all my paperwork online. David Esparza was also very patient and respectful toward me. I was a little much. When I got to the showroom, my treatment got even better. I walk away with the car a chosen online. They have made a customer for life.
