The saleslady,Tamika, was very well versed in product information, her sales skills were exemplary, and she was most approachable and pleasant. The sales manager, Chris, was helpful, knowledgeable about Fords X Plan, and interesting to talk with. The finance manager was pleasant, efficient, and made the process fast and easy. Lastly, Mahar, made the vehicle transfer quite easy; he was a good teacher on the vehicle function and features. Mahar, was most pleasant to work with.
