if i could rate lower, i would. the owner and his son are some rip offs, bought a 2024 GMC for the turbocharger to give out and leave metal shavings in my oil pan. Now I need a NEW ENGINE. Havent had the vehicle barely 2/3 months. DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, poor service and lack of customer care.

Well I will start with this i rate this dealer with -5 star ..... PLEASE READ IF YOU OUT OF STATE OR LOCAL planing in buying used vehicle... I put all my trust in Phillip Letsche when I purchased a used 2006 chevrolet silverado truck. When I spoke to Phillip I explained to him I was intrested in truck and I was putting all my trust in him because I was out of state again I understood I was buying a USED truck all I was asking was just be honest. When I tried putting a deposit he said okay then I get a phone call from Phillip saying my boss is not accepting a deposit he wants a full payment, I told Phillip I will send you 2k I am a serious buyer he says ok let me ask , again Phillip calls me and tells me sorry my boss wants full payment. So then I ask Phillip can you please test drive and let me know if any issues, he got back at me and said it's in very good shape no dents at all , I asked Phillip I am planning to drive it back to California so how are the tires he replied they about 50% but in good shape truck is solid. WE WENT THROUGH TRUCK EVERYTHING CHECKED OUT GOOD..So I agreed putting my trust in your dealership. One thing i got to thank Phillip for is he did offer to pick me up at airport to get me to dealership and and drive off with truck. But I ended having truck shipped to me when i received the truck and went through truck I felt like I was NOT being treated fair as a customer. I ASKED HOW MUCH RUST IF ANY AND PHILLIP TOLD ME NONE,....TIRES 50% GOOD..... TRUCK IS SOLID... AFTER GOING THROUGHTRUCK...(1)NOW THE BED IN VERY BAD SHAPE UNDER DOORS RUST!! (2) TIRES IN THE WORST SHAPE... (3) SUSPENSION RESTING ON BUMP STOPS DANGEROUS CONDITIONS TO DRIVE.... REMEMBER I WAS PLANNING IN DRIVING TRUCK BACK TO CALIFORNIA AND PUTTING MY LIFE IN DANGER IS THE PART I DON'T APPRECIATE. NOW I AM LOOKING AT OVER 6K IN REPAIRS... THEN AGAIN I AM TOTALLY AT FAULT BLAME MYSELF FOR PUTTING MY TRUST IN THIS DEALERSHIP. THANKS FOR READING AND HOPE IT HELPS SOMEONE ELSE.

If you want to buy a lemon this is the place to go.! Oh and they will tell you all the great things about the vehicle but will leave out the dirty talk. Who wants that.! Then when your vehicle breaks down they will not help in anyway regardless of warranty or not. You would think a great place would be willing to help you knowing you trusted these people on a huge purchase. Don't waste your time in trusting this place with your hard earned money.
