Just purchased a new Toyota in Louisville, KY two weeks ago. I scheduled a free CPU update as suggested by Toyotas app. This has been the most pleasant experience. The last vehicle I had was a Porsche and Toyotas service professionals are professional, respectful, and courteous. They’re making me aware of the steps they’re taking to fix a small cosmetic issue every step of the way. They’re even sending videos showing me what’s wrong and what you’re doing.
