I had an excellent experience buying my Jeep from Beattie Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Brockville. The team truly went above and beyond — especially Harrison, who even picked me up from the train station when I came from Ottawa to collect my vehicle. That level of service is rare these days. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the experience overall. I highly recommend this dealership if you want exceptional customer service!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Our daughter's jeep was towed to Beattie Dodge after overheating in Kingston. We suggested having it towed to Brockville as she lives in Brockville but works in Kingston. What a mistake. My husband called 4 times and each time he was told someone would call him back. Well guess what, nobody called back. After a week and a half he called and they said they couldn't find anything wrong. He asked to talk to the person who looked at her car and again he was told the guy was busy but would call back in 15 minutes. No call back. We will never suggest to our daughter to go back there for anything. We also own 2 Rams and had considered using Beattie Dodge for any required work but not now that we see the customer service is the worst we have ever experienced.

Just over a week ago, we were travelling a long distance when our Jeep broke down on the 401. We managed to get to the dealership and lets just say, that everyone there went above and beyond to look after us. We were so happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you to Susan, Chuck, Harrison and the rest of the team for taking such good care of us!

I purchased a dodge durango september of last year. With it I purchased an extended warranty that I was told was “bumper to bumper coverage”. Immediately after I got the car it had to go back to have the ESIM switch replaced. Then shortly after that the car overheated and my rad had to be replaced. I was told this wasn’t covered under warranty and I was expected to pay around $1k to the same dealership that told me I was covered. We came to a compromise and I paid the part, no labour. Now again my engine light came on so I brought it back in to the dealership. The ESIM switch had to be replaced again and this time so did the purge valve, which shockingly, not covered under warranty. After calling multiple times and asking, I didn’t find out until I showed up for my appointment that it was not covered. I also called multiple times asking what the error codes were the first time and this time and why the purge valve is being replaced now and not then. I got no answer. I had to pay over $200, $160 of which was labour. I messaged Austin and said again I have to pay out of pocket when I was told I had full coverage and told him that I never heard back about the error codes. He said he would get back to me and never did. I will never return to this dealership, nor will I continue recommending price point to other people.
