Beausejour GM

After a rough week of loosing not one but both our vehicles, Beauséjour GM made it so much easier for us. We decided to purchase a new gm truck through Kelvin. Kelvin is extremely knowledgeable, professional and kept the process simple and enjoyable; he answered all our questions and went over all our options. Kelvin was fantastic to deal with as a salesperson. We decided to drive from winnipeg and it was worth it. There was no pressure, no sales tactics, just simple and friendly negotiating. Not pushy at all, which is why we decided to deal with him. We got a very fair price for the vehicle purchased and left with the vehicle the same day! Debbie was great at explaining our warranty options and also very friendly as well. For anyone considering driving out from other towns, it is definitely worth the trip!

Wee got hit from behind and had to go get our truck fixed. We decided on Beausejour Chevy dealership ,even though we have one within a no driving range we thought this place was pretty good. They weren't good, they were GREAT. They did such a wonderful job and cleaned etc .They also were very quick and they were friendly and they gave a loaner vehicle. We would drive so far to get tune-ups ,service etc , and I sure wish we had bought it here .Wow, their service cannot be compared to any other place. They are excellent . Even if you live in Winnipeg, take a drive to Beausejour, it is a lovely little town , go for a nice drive and get super service. Thank you Beasusejour CHEVY !

while getting an oil change I ordered in a command start! The service department said they would call in a week when the parts arrived! 3 weeks later I called and it was in! The appointment was then moved once booked due to no technician in work for that day! I brought it in at the new time and day, 830am! I was told my command start would take a couple of hours! So I sat and watched my truck not move for 2 hours! I went into service at 10:30 to see what the issue was, and was told it will be a few more hours! While seeing my truck under 3 other work orders! I asked if it will be done today even and I was told “it should!” I grabbed my keys and walked out! It’s the 2nd gm dealer I’ve been to with poor customer service! If you are behind from the previous week! Don’t make me waste days wage, call the customer and re book! Will not be going back!

We just purchased our truck from Kelvin at Beausejour GM. He was very patient and willing to work with us to find us a vehicle that fits not only our needs but also our budget! There was no pressure and was very willing to take the time and help us find something we would be happy with! Excited to have this new vehicle and looking forward to working with Beauseour GM in the future!
