I had an absolutely amazing experience with Beaver Mazda of Cumming! From the very beginning, Daria (sales person) went above and beyond to help me find my dream car (Mazda CX5). She spent so much time with me, explained everything professionally and clearly, answered every question, and truly made the whole process feel easy and exciting instead of stressful. I can honestly say she is the BEST of the best. Even after the purchase, we still stay in touch and she continues helping me with questions about future service, insurance, and everything in between. That level of care is rare and means so much. A huge thank you as well to Scott (Sales Manager), Kindy, and Ricky for staying late after working hours to help finalize my financing and paperwork. Nobody rushed me, everyone was patient, professional, and genuinely kind. The dealership itself is beautiful, the offers and financing options were great, and the entire experience felt special from start to finish. I even received my car the same day with a bow and thoughtful gifts, and they personally delivered it right to my home! It honestly felt like a celebration, not just buying a car. Unbelievable buying experience! David made my purchase so easy. Let me start out by saying, I’ve been in the dealership industry for almost all of my career. I’m well aware of the good, bad, and ugly that goes into everything surrounding it. That being said, I am very impressed with the process around buying my new BMW. Let me tell you the story. - - - I found my dream spec BMW that they had in the lot, and I sent in inquiry directly to the dealer. Within the hour, I got a response and a video from Katie (Sales) that showed the car in its current condition, and was more than happy to answer all the questions I had about the car. Let me tell you this, I am not an easy sell. I want to know the ins and outs, the good and bad, everything. She was incredibly patient and mindful with every answer. I ended up coming into the dealership that day, and was greeted by the wonderful staff. The dealer overall provides a no pressure, welcoming environment. Everyone there seemed to be task ready, and you can tell that everyone actually wanted to be there. Have you ever been to a dealer where all the employees were on their phones, avoiding interaction, and brought bad energy? Not this place. - - Me and Katie sat down and ran over some numbers. They provided me a very respectable offer for my trade, to which I took. They also worked with me on the price of the BMW. They didn’t try to tack on any fees, or add-ons, just straight forward pricing. I really appreciated that. Ended up signing for it and took it home! - - I can’t remember the gentleman’s name in Finance, but he was also very helpful and was happy to answer any questions I had. He explained every single detail that was involved in my purchase. - - The car was sent to detail for a quick clean up, and off I went! Not before getting some cookies and a goodie bag from the team to end the night. - - I couldn’t recommend the team at Beaver enough. I couldn’t be happier with the car. I couldn’t feel more confident in my purchase. A big thank you to Katie, Scott, and the gentlemen in Finance. Also, a big thank you to the Beaver family for being the change the industry needs to see. 10/10.

I want to give a huge shout out to my sales agent Daria!!! She is the sweetest soul and she assisted with any questions or concerns that were had. I definitely recommend 10/10! The overall experience at Beaver Mazda was phenomenal! The staff members were great, they will work with you and assure your comfortable throughout the whole process. Very straight forward and friendly. They provide great snack and drink services haha! The benefits are great! Who would want to pass up lifetime oil changes and car washes! I recommend if you’re in need of a vehicle this is the place to go. The experience is the cherry on top. Thanks again for the homemade baked cookies we received after purchase of the vehicle that was a plus! So far I am enjoying and adjusting to the beautiful cx-9 grand touring turbo and sporty feel!
