Beaver Mitsubishi was flawless in their efforts while working with me to purchase a vehicle for my daughter. I live in Delaware and my first hand experience of their service exceeds the reviews I read online. Jaelin Valladares made this entire process easy and should be commended for his professionalism and abilities. He was able to provide me with a daily update of how the process was moving along. He took videos of the vehicle, collected all the documentation needed and arranged transport of the vehicle from FL to my home in DE. From craddle to grave the entire process only took two weeks. I am sure Beaver has trained all their personnel to Jaelin's level of competence and should be commended as there are many moving parts to successfully complete a transaction. * I have attached videos & pictures Like many, I read the reviews before coming here and saw only a few negatives. I figured every business makes mistakes; it just matters how they are handled. Their motto is “We're here to WOW ya!”—and wow, they really stick to that… but not in a good way. My household has purchased our fair share of vehicles (three were purchased in the last year), and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Peter in sales was amazing—the only honest person I interacted with (and he wasn’t even my sales rep). I take accountability for trusting them and assuming the vehicle would be ready to drive off the lot before signing paperwork. When I went to look at the vehicle, it still needed to go through service/intake. Their communication needs serious improvement. For example, I was initially told the delay was due to new tires. Later, when speaking with the used sales manager, I was told the car wasn’t getting new tires and other work was being performed. The car still has a bad leak and other issues that they explicitly stated they wouldn’t fix. A few warnings for potential buyers: Inspect the vehicle thoroughly yourself and make sure it’s actually ready to buy before signing. Obtain a copy of your warranty before driving off. I’ve requested mine five times and still haven’t received it. Once the paperwork is signed, they stop caring about you. I exhausted all options before posting this review. I spoke with the used sales manager and the service manager, and I left three messages for the General Manager—none were returned. I even gave them weeks between follow-ups to avoid being pushy. Buyer beware.
