Brandon and the team at Beaver Toyota are outstanding! The service was faster than estimated, which is great when you have a 5-year-old with tons of energy! The attention to detail and courtesy surpasses expectations. The waiting area was recently decorated and is super inviting. My daughter had a blast playing in the ball pit/pool and all of the employees were great sports when she tried to include them in her play. We utilized the upstairs massage chair and took a ride on the elevator. Before we left, we had fun on the putting green. Overall, it was a great experience and I am very pleased with the service department!

Beautiful new dealership and very welcoming atmosphere. The space is impressive: fishing area, mini golf, massage chairs, reading corner, and great coffee. It really makes the wait enjoyable. The staff, Mr. Waylon and Mr. Tyler, were extremely polite and professional. I was very well taken care of from start to finish. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this place.

I had a great experience buying my RAV4 at Beaver Toyota of St. Augustine. Laurence, “Pow Pow,” was my main sales guy and he was fantastic. He was patient, straightforward, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I never felt pressured, and he really worked with me to get to a fair out-the-door price. Rodney also assisted with the sales side and helped keep everything moving smoothly, especially at month end. Bo in finance made the paperwork easy and stress free, which I really appreciated. The facility itself is also amazing. It’s super new, clean, and honestly fun to walk around. There was so much to look at that I didn’t mind spending my Saturday afternoon there at all.
