Great experience!! I went to a different dealership first (I know big mistake). They were the typical this is the best you need to buy it now attitude. Left there and came to Beaverton Honda. I was met by Robert. I asked to look at the Honda Pilot and the Honda Passport side by side. As he was getting the vehicles we went inside and thankfully there were snacks as we just came from my grandsons soccer game. Robert came and got me, took me to the two vehicles and had printouts of all the vehicle details. I really appreciated that. Decided l to test drive the Passport and fell in love. The car i was trading in was my baby so this had to feel right all the way around. I wasn't given a hard sale, I was given information and time to ask questions. Robert listened to my concerns and what I wanted. He was patient and worked hard to make it work for me. I appreciated that so much. I traded in my baby and got a 2026 Honda Passport Trailsport. I seriously didn't even know i needed this car in my life before this. I have zero regrets with my purchase and look forward to working with them long term. Long review but again I want to give a shout out to Robert for his professionalism, respect and patience.
