Do not bring your vehicle here the simplest task of an oil change couldn’t be completed right twice now I go to pick up my truck and it’s covered in oil after cleaning it three times it is still covered in oil what kind of customer service is that I will not be back be aware of the work they do double check everything

Very unhappy with service department. Have a 2024 2500 GMC didn't purchase from Beck because back in 2024 HD trucks were hard to come by and wanted a specific color which was not available with no ETA in sight. Fast forward took in for service while still under warranty to have oil change and so forth and drivers side running board had a few lights out. I was told they were not in stock and have no ETA when they would be. Service Advisor was going to make note and would let me know when they were in. Over a year and half passed calling several times in between and still same answer not ETA. In between having a few lights out to all the lights are out on the drivers side called and again same answer no ETA. I take care of my elderly mother and concerned me with her getting in and out and with no lights missing the step and hurting herself. I was assured they have noted in computer. Now the lights are in and I am at 39,000 miles and low and behold nothing was noted and out of warranty. Very disappointing. I took there word that it was noted in computer when it was not. So if you get your service done at this dealership make sure you don't think someone is doing there job. Followup getting everything in writing. 6/8/2026 – I wanted to update my previous review. Chris, the Service Manager, reached out and was very helpful in resolving my issue under warranty. I also learned that Tyler, my Service Advisor, was out of town at the time, which I was not aware of. When I brought my truck in, Tyler was very accommodating and took the time to apologize for the ordeal. I appreciate the efforts both Chris and Tyler made to address my concerns and provide excellent customer service.

I'm sorry for the rating. We found our repair work a little expensive but we understood that. What really got us, was charging 3% more because we had to use our credit card. Not sure how many people carry that much cash at a time. Let's say the 3% added another $50 to my bill. I can understand small businesses doing that, but this is a large business that's not right.
