The service at Becks was extremely disappointing. I brought my car in Tuesday morning for a recall and explained that I needed an estimate of how long the repair would take so I could make arrangements. I was told to call back at 3:30 PM, but no one contacted me and nothing was communicated. After an entire day passed, I was finally told that recalls require a specific technician and that person was unavailable. I called again on Wednesday and still got no answers, updates, or timeline. By Friday, I had no choice but to pick up my car because absolutely nothing had been done — not even the diagnostic they charge $220 for. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and complete waste of time was unacceptable. If Becks knows they are unable to look at a vehicle for days, they should be honest with customers upfront instead of leaving people without answers or transportation.

Seriously if you're gonna cancel call before you make your customers travel all this way. Very unprofessional place. Would never give any money to this place. I'd advise anyone who's thinking of buying a car to steer away from this place. If they can't call to cancel meaning they don't care about their customers what tells you they aren't gonna rip you off. Shitty establishment.

Polite and professional staff. Car was ready earlier than promised. My cars have been serviced here for almost 37 years. The best Chevy dealer. Thank you Russ for keeping up the good work started by your family.

The staff over Beck Chevrolet were amazing. Let me tell you how patient and calm and collective they are. I went in to purchase a truck and yes I did go through few bumps. Nevertheless, staff assisted me in such way that they made it happen. I drove away on 1/24/25 with a 2024 -10mil truck they made my day. Thank you again Mr. Santana

I worked with Alan to lease my son a Trax. He was amazing answering every question I had about price and details on the vehicle. He definitely gets an A+ from me. Then we worked with Stephanie the finance manager and she was so great with us explaining every detail highlighting everything we needed to know and was extremely patient with me when I needed to ask questions. So thank you so much from my family to the Beck Family for a great experience.
