I have had recalls for over a year. Every time I check, I’m told item is not in stock. No one calls you if the item comes in. In my opinion there is no waiting list and they do not call you.😔 The mobile service was not conveyed by Ford but a neighbor to me. However, the mobile service is convenient.😁 But, I was not there to watch every thing being done. A crack was done on my panel on the window shield. Yes, I would use the Mobile Service again, but be on site. Yes, the staff is very courteous.
