I purchased this 2023 Honda Accord LX at Bedard's this week! Zach Bertolozzi was my my salesperson. I had a great experience test driving vehicles and falling in love with my new Accord! I am so relieved and grateful to have a reliable vehicle again. I loved my Honda Fit that I had for 13 years, also purchased at Bedard. Zach was very accommodating as it was brutally cold that day so he brought each vehicle for me to test drive right to the door. He wasn't afraid to negotiate reasonably to get the sale done. He was patient, helpful, and answered all my questions. Mr. Bird in the Finance Department was also extremely professional, efficient, and was able to get me through the paperwork fast. Needed brake and transmission fluids done and got a much better price at Bedard Bros.Honda than what I was quoted at my local dealership outside Boston. They were also able to get me an appointment in a short timeframe. My service manager Vanessa was extremely helpful getting me in and out quickly as well as reminding me of free services I still had for my Accord purchased there two plus years prior.
