Jon was a delight to work with. I voiced my concerns about bad deals I had on previous car purchases elsewhere and he reassured me that I made the right decision. I had one issue after I took the car home but they fixed it right away and got me home safe and happy. I give them 5 stars due to great customer service. My dad and I went to the dealership for a trade-in with the intention to buy a car. We worked with Jon Harris, and he was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We didn’t know about all of the various things we would need to trade-in my car and buy a different one, but John was very patient with us and helped us get everything together so that we could leave the dealership with our desired car that day. Additionally, we bargained a couple thousand off the price of the car, and got a better trade-in deal, all thanks to John’s flexibility. I’d recommend this dealership and, if you get the chance, recommend working with Jon Harris.
