He’s a super nice guy and the best non pushy salesman I’ve ever encountered. Christian walked me through how to use my new car. He was patient and knowledgeable. We went car shopping on a Sunday! They're closed on Sunday by the way, but they left a lot of cars unlocked. The wife got to sit in a number of outbacks and we got a couple others on the list to test drive during normal business hours. Same day service for my crosstrek was high quality also, but thays another out for another day.

I scheduled an oil change and tire rotation for my 2019 Crosstrek and Caleb Evrick checked me in. I knew the oil change was complimentary, but expected to pay for the rotation. Caleb looked up my account and saw that I had bought a service agree, which I had forgotten, and saved me the rotation charge. Thank you, Caleb! The service took less than an hour, and I know I can count on the technicians expertise.

The team is decent to work with but there are issues with our VW that no dealership seem to be able to fix, which I find to be ridiculous. We tried Joseph VW and they were awful. Beechmont VW had been the best option around Cincinnati for servicing our VW for warranty issues, but Dubwerx seems to know more than the dealerships.
