Had an absolutely outstanding experience with Michael and the team at Behlmann in Troy, MO. I’ll be honest—I’m usually not a fan of the car buying process at all, but this was easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was straightforward, transparent, and zero pressure. Michael was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely helpful without ever feeling pushy. The entire team made the process smooth and efficient, which is rare in this industry. If you’re in the St. Louis metro area, it is 100% worth the drive out to Troy. Can’t recommend them enough. I’ll definitely be back for future purchases.
My son bought a car there 1 WEEK AGO and the check engine light is already on. He took It to the dealer and they are absolutely NO help. He has to take it to a ford dealer to have it fixed. One week in and he’s already having to pay out of pocket. Ridiculous. Please look elsewhere when purchasing a car. Clearly all they care about is making a sale and NOT customer service. Would NOT recommend.

Service here has been great over several visits. The advisors are straight forward with information, and received work has been excellent. For me, they are servicing the RAM Promaster chassis of my Winnebago Solis.
