He took the time to negotiate with his manager on my behalf and made sure I was comfortable with every step. His follow-up and professionalism were excellent. As someone who has been buying cars across various dealerships and different provinces for over 40 years, I can confidently say my recent experience with Nanushka Petit-Beaudry at Bel-Air Lexus was the absolute best I have ever had. Although she is relatively new to the job, it absolutely does not show. In fact, she could teach a masterclass on professionalism and respect to many industry veterans. I was incredibly impressed that she never once tried to push an upsell on me. Instead, she genuinely listened to exactly what I was looking for in my RX 350h and did her utmost to fulfill every single one of my demands. The most refreshing part of the entire experience? She handled everything directly and efficiently, completely skipping the exhausting "let me go ask my sales manager" game that is so common at other dealerships. Just wanted to take a moment to recognize the exceptional service that I receive from Belair Lexus, I cant say enough good about this place! I purchased my Lexus second hand, out of town, but I have been relying on Belair to have my vehicle serviced. Of particular mention is service advisor Mike Boulet. This person treats customers like they are family, and treats our cars like they are his own. Mike has assisted me with service maintenance, part installation, service campaigns along with general repairs. Recently, I had an issue with my sunroof, that I was eager to have addressed. Mike assured me from day 1 that he was equally eager to have my issue resolved, and took on the issue like it was his own. Following part replacement, adjustment, test drives, further adjustments, etc., Mike confidently returned the vehicle to me with zero issues, and reminded me to follow-up should any further issues arise. I leave the shop with a smile from ear to ear. Whether the issue is big or small, Mike treats all issues the same. Mike is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, resourceful, polite and personally, I think he is the King of Customer Service!!! Having experienced other car dealerships in the area, nothing compares to Belair. Owning a Lexus is one thing, but having your car serviced at Belair is where the experience of owning a Lexus really comes to light. If you are thinking of buying a Lexus, Belair is your answer! Yesterday my husband and I picked up our brand new 2026 Lexus NX450H+ from Bel-Air Lexus on McArthur Road in Ottawa. This car buying experience was positive thanks to our salesperson Ding Du. He was welcoming, professional and genuinely attentive to what we were looking for. He went above and beyond to make our experience quick and painless. We were extremely impressed by the fact that Bing took the time to give us a tour of the service department so we would be comfortable the first time we bring in our vehicle for service. He was very patient with answering our many questions, he explained the different features of the new vehicle and offered to answer any further questions if need be. This dealership spells a pride of ownership. The showroom was classy, clean and beautifully decorated but what stood out the most for us was the friendly atmosphere with a no-pressure environment. We also want to give a shout out to Rob Evans for his friendly, professional and helpful expertise in making our experience pleasant and positive.
