I recently purchased a used vehicle from Bell McCall. My experience was extremely positive. Neil is very pleasant and was fair and honest with me. His service manager, John, has also been very helpful. This was the first time I've purchased a vehicle through a dealership and I would highly recommend Bell-McCall.

My fiance came to this place with concerns related to his truck and had horrible customer service. Manager was rude and disrespectful with egotistical attitude all we did was ask a question related to battery issues. Never once asked this man to go put of his way to do anything. However, he offered to check the battery life but didn't even know what he was talking about. We never got an answer related to our concern, he was trying to tell us the whole engine was shot do to a coolant problem which was not the case. Will never use this service again and do not recommend this company.

Well let me start with this this is my second vehicle purchase thru Bell-McCall from the time I called to check on the truck i was interested in Fred was on it right away with in a few minute Neil called me back and we discussed price and we set up a time to test drive as i walked in the door Fred met me with the keys in hand because he knew i was on a tight time frame that day. After the test drive i came back and I had a few questions about the truck that were answered right away there was a couple minor things things that i wanted them take care of on the truck they held to there word and took care of it for me. John in the service department was great and communicated great with me. In all I was very happy to keep my money local in the valley. Neil, Fred and John thank you again for the outstanding service.
