5. I have been friends with Pam and William Strickland for over 35 years. When I walked into the dealership no one knew who I was or that I was friends with the owner. I was greeted immediately by a nice man near the entrance and I told him I was here to see Liddy. He kindly asked me to take a seat and that he would find Liddy for me. I am sorry, I do not recall his name, but he was nice and friendly. I would expect nothing less because I know William would have nice people working for him. Of course Liddy came out right away and got me signed up and we talked about the wedding, the mother- in-law and children! She has grown into such a lovely young lady. Pam and William get an A+++ in parenting. Kids don't turn out that well, by luck. Yes it's a little genetics, it's a little luck but it's a lot of involvement in your child's life. It's easy to be a bad parent. You just live your life, do your job, and hope that kid of yours turns out ok. It is much, much harder to be there for your child consistently and be sure they are doing what they're supposed to be doing in school and life and then how they interact with other people. Elvia- rockstar of rockstars. Super sweet, very patient. You can tell she loves her job. She cares about people and she wants to make sure I'm happy and understand the features of the vehicle. She is an amazing and beautiful person inside and out! She also set me up on all the technology. Synced my phone and got me all set. What a blessing! I cannot do that! I love that car. It is amazing. I feel very safe. It's a beautiful car inside and out. I am beyond thrilled to be driving a vehicle from your dealership. I was worried that the color would not match after the repair but they match my rear bumper replacement perfectly. My car was ready on time as scheduled. Just in time for me to go out of town. Heather and Jody were awesome! They went out of their way to support my purchase. Heather responded almost immediately when I inquired about the vehicle. I was busy working and could not visit the store. I purchased the vehicle online and they both delivered it to my house. It just does not get any better than that. Top quality customer support. The other thing I really liked about the vehicle was all types of maintenance was performed on the vehicle reassuring me it was a quality vehicle and ready to have another 100k miles put on it. The manager did not try to pad the price and sold it to me for almost their cost. I also enjoyed talking directly to the finance team. I declined the extended warranty yet they did offer one at a good price. Great overall experience on this purchase.
