A week ago I sent my brother, who owns a 2003 Buick Rendezvous, to this dealership to get service done on this BUICK CAR (SUV?). It is closest to where we live. The car has a over heating problem & looks to need a relay switch that controls the cooling fans. A routine repair. This dealership's service dept refused to work on the car, period, for any repair whatsoever, on account of its age. Even a routine repair, like a relay switch. They claim that they will have trouble getting parts. This is totally unacceptable! We're not asking for body work to be done! I could understand that, but I can't understand them refusing routine mechanical repairJobs. I wonder if there is some unknown or secret defect with the Rendezvous' cooling system that they don't want to reveal to the public or are they just a bunch of greedy, don't want to waste their time on small, inexpensive, not a lot profit, service work. What ever the case, & judging the previous review about this dealership, in my opinion, nobody should go to this dealership, because they don't want to service Buick Cars.

They were great when I bought my Trax. But when it come to service and convenience they are a zero. I shouldn't have to take a day off work to have my car serviced. I wouldn't buy another car from them. I'd find a more customer friendly car dealership.
