Belleville Mitsubishi

I purchased my outlander just about two years ago. From a really nice salesman who was extremely helpful. I also purchased the Platinum maintenance plan thinking I would get the coverage outlined in the package I was given. That didn’t happen. At 34000k I was informed I needed new brakes, which in the package I had received included brake. I was told no and that the service department had no record I even had the plan. So for almost two years none of the maintenance I had paid for was being done. The service managers statement was that it was not to their advantage not to do the service as they get paid for it. I told him that was not the point, the point was I had paid for services I never received. I am currently sitting in there waiting area waiting for my car to be repaired. I have asked that some of the services missed be done. Bryce or the service manager were to come and talk with me. I have been here an hour and half, the service manager has walked by 3 times and still no one has talked to me. The bottom line is I would never buy from these people again. In fact I plan to trade this vehicle asap, so I never have to go here again. Not that anyone has shown any signs they actually care.

We recently picked up a 2026 Outlander from Belleville Mitsubishi and I must say, it was an absolute pleasure to deal with the staff there. Tyler and Amber went above and beyond to get us the best deal for us. I cannot say enough nice things about my experience there. We will definitely continue to bring our business to this dealership as well as promote them to anyone we can. Thanks again, so much guys!

I had an amazing experience at this dealership. More than once… unfortunately my partner and I got into a bad accident 3 months after buying our car then which got written off. We decided to buy the same exact car again because of the life saving capabilities - we were really impressed! The entire sales team took the time to make sure we were all ok! This team is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured at any point. They took the time to answer all questions and helped find the perfect car that fit our wants, needs and budget. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Had A great experience buying my first new car, Jessica was very knowledgeable and helpful. Both her and Amber were patient and great at laying everything out in A way I could understand, Made the whole process very easy. It was my first time buying from a dealership and my first Mitsubishi, A+ experience top to bottom. Can’t recommend highly enough. Outlander PHEV has been great, Went from $400 per month in gas down to $50-60 per month in hydro(70+ hrs of charging every week). Very easy to drive even for someone who is technologically illiterate.
